"The Virtual Mona Lisa" Neo-pop painting that offers a witty and carefree version of Leonardo da Vinci's famous work, The Mona Lisa. This iconic reinterpretation presents us with a 2.0 version of Leonardo's traditional Mona Lisa figure.

The artist Miguel Ángel Aranda reinterprets the famous figure of the Mona Lisa in a 2.0 version that incorporates two symbolic elements, an anatomical heart and a brain to represent the figure of Leonardo da Vinci.

The painting was created by Miguel Ángel Aranda, who used mixed media on stretched canvas to capture the essence of this unique version of The Mona Lisa. With dimensions of 162cm x 130cm, framed with a raw white wooden slat, it measures a total of 165cm x 133cm. The work is signed and certified by the artist, which adds a touch of authenticity and exclusivity to its value.

The original Mona Lisa was painted by Leonardo da Vinci between 1503 and 1506, using the sfumato technique characteristic of the Italian Renaissance. The portrait depicts a woman, possibly Lisa Gherardini, although her exact identity remains a mystery. The enigmatic smile and gaze of the Mona Lisa have generated countless interpretations and debates over the years.

The Mona Lisa is currently housed in the Louvre Museum in Paris, France, where it has been on display since 1797. However, in 1911, the painting was stolen from the museum, generating enormous media attention. Fortunately, it was recovered in 1913, and since then its popularity has grown even more.

"La Mona Contraataca" encapsulates a fusion between classic and contemporary, delighting viewers with its fresh and rebellious perspective. This vibrant reinterpretation of Da Vinci's masterpiece is thought-provoking while challenging convention, leaving a lasting impression on those privileged to view it.

The certificate of authenticity is included with the artwork to ensure its authenticity. The painting is also signed on the front so that it is easily recognizable as an original work by Miguel Ángel Aranda.
